Martin Haenggi
Frank M. Freimann Professor of Electrical Engineering
Areas of Interest
Prof. Haenggi’s primary research areas are modeling, analysis, and design of wireless networks, stochastic geometry, and random graphs.
He focuses on:
- the development of spatial stochastic models for next-generation cellular, vehicular, ad hoc, sensor, cognitive, and device-to-device networks;
- their analysis using point process theory, spatial statistics, percolation theory, graph theory, and queueing theory;
- the design of network architectures with high and balanced performance.
