Biography
Jim Alleman directs the Professional Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) program.
He is a registered professional engineer in Indiana and an American Society of Civil Engineering Fellow member. He has extensive military, industrial, consulting, and academic experience. His career appointments have included the U.S. Army Medical Service Corps (Okinawa, Japan); University of Maryland; Purdue University; and Iowa State University. He held sabbatical and Fulbright Scholar appointments at the University of Leeds and the Technical University of Crete. He served as a Jefferson Science Fellow with the U.S. Department of State and USAID.
